They are very patient and thoughough when I don't understand a service that is needed and they stand behind all they do. They have kept us as loyal customers for over 10 years and we expect they will always be the ones we go to. In fact, a couple years back we experienced car trouble while on vacation and our first thought was to call Jay's Automotive and see what they recommend we do.
