Jay's automotive is awesome! Erik takes such good care of me anytime that I need help! He's always there to help me out when I am in a bind and help me find solutions. My check engine light came on and I needed to leave for a trip in two days. I called Erik and told him the issue and he jumped on it to get the parts ordered and and got the repair done just in time for me to leave as planned. Hes done my battery replacement as well as oil changes. They are extremely hospitable in helping me. Erik will come and pick up as well as drop my car off for all services/repairs. I love this company and I will be only going to Jay's for any of my automotive needs. Erik you are awesome and I cannot stress how much I truly appreciate you.

Had my car towed to Jay's after it would start. They were able very quickly diagnose and fix the issue (new starter) the same day. People were friendly and the cost was reasonable. Even better, while my car was there, I mentioned my radio and power locks had stopped working a while back. They investigated, found and replaced a couple of blown fuses, and got that working again too. Very highly recommend.

I first called one of the local car dealers of the brand of car my wife has they was only interested in making money , Jay's automotive listened to my problem and offered a couple of solutions on the spot did not cost me a dime Jay's has definitely without a dought earned my business, from now on I will go to them first and give them my business as they work on good business and integrity and that to me make a World of difference

Great service. Called about a Traction/ABS light. He scanned my truck deleted my old codes and told me what the hard code was. Didn’t charge me a thing. Got the new sensor installed. Went back and he tried again same code. He gave me some connections and told me exactly what I need to do to fix the problem. Again all for free. Would definitely take my vehicles to him for service or repair. Very knowledgeable and great customer service.

Despite never having used Jay's Automotive, I give them a five star rating for their honesty... A year ago I stopped there because my truck was over heating. After they checked the problem out, they reported it was a defective spring in my radiator cap. They did not charge me for their time and analysis. A month ago, my nephew was driving to school when the power steering went out. A few moments later, an explosion occured under the hood - the upper radiator hose was split open the entire length. The serpentine belt tensioner had failed, causing the water pump to stop working... To add insult to injury, my nephew kept driving the car, resulting in a warped head. The guys at Jay's were honest about what they discovered, and reported it back to me. Everything they told me I had already speculated was what was wrong. They were honest in telling me that chances were good that the engine was ruined, and due to the age of the truck, was not worth fixing. An unscrupulous repair shop could have attempted the repair and charged me a lot of money. Instead, they charged me nothing. The next time I need work done on a vehicle, I am taking it to Jay's. I am very impressed with this company. If I could give them a ten star rating, I would.
